iLearn Help

What is iLearn?
iLearn is a Learning Management System used across SA Health to manage, deliver, track and report on staff training. iLearn supports a variety of learning and development activities including online and face to face training and is available to staff members and non-employees (other persons in a working relationship with SA Health that are not under a typical employment agreement).

iLearn is progressively rolling out across SA Health and information on when iLearn will be rolled out to your LHN/Service can be found on the intranet.
Getting Started
If you are an SA Health employee, you will be automatically registered in iLearn based on information in CHRIS21 and you will receive a welcome email containing information on how to access the system when this occurs. Until you receive your welcome email, you do not need to access iLearn.

If you are not an SA Health employee but you are working within SA Health and need to access Training you may be enrolled by an Administrator and will receive your welcome email, or you can self-register for an iLearn account using the ‘Register for an Account’ option on the iLearn login screen.
Unable to Log In?
If you are unable to login to iLearn, contact your local iLearn support team which can be found on the intranet

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Lost Password” button and type your username (email address) and the ‘code’ text. Click “Enter” and a password reset notification e-mail will be sent to you (this can take up to 30 minutes). Do not click on the “Enter” button repeatedly as this can cause delays in your password being reset.
Getting Help with iLearn
Once logged in you can take a system tour and access the Getting Started Guide under ‘Help’ in the main navigation menu for information on how to get started in iLearn.

Further help materials such as user guides, frequently asked questions (FAQ), glossary and support contact form are also available in iLearn under the ‘Help’ menu.
